Richard Luttman is a very talented chef who's resume includes the Four Seasons in Vancouver and Las Vegas and the Rosemead here in Victoria. Should any of you been lucky enough to try his creations you will know that they are not to be missed. A talented chef and a good friend come and see what all the fuss is about.
